Green Village Hope Children’s Home is a registered community-based children’s home located in Luanda, Vihiga County, Kenya. Our mission is to provide vulnerable and orphaned children with a safe home, quality education, healthcare, emotional support, and opportunities to become responsible and self-reliant adults.

    To create a nurturing, self-sustaining home where orphaned and vulnerable children grow in dignity, faith, and hope—equipped with education, life skills, and love to transform their communities and the world.

     Mission

    Green Village Hope Children’s Home exists to provide shelter, education, and holistic care to orphans, abandoned children, teenage mothers, and widows. We empower them through mentorship, skills training, and sustainable projects, ensuring they have the best possible start in life and the opportunity to thrive with independence and purpose.

    We currently care for 25 children living full-time at the home, support 13 vulnerable children within the local community, and continue to mentor two young adults pursuing college education . We also offer support to 15 teenage mothers and widows who receive training in income-generating skills, counseling, and ongoing support to rebuild their lives.
