The awards are governed by the Centre for Social Responsibility & Accountability (CESRA). Public showcases and production are delivered through the Miss Corporate Kenya leadership platform by Ashley’s Events.

No. This is not a beauty pageant. The platform focuses on leadership development, professional representation, CSR communication, and verified impact.
Corporates, banks, NGOs, foundations, government institutions, development partners, and social enterprises operating in Kenya are eligible to participate.
No. Participation is voluntary and based on registration.
Yes. Organizations may participate through CSR video submission, awards recognition, partnership, or sponsorship without nominating an ambassador.
Each organization may nominate one Corporate CSR Ambassador and optionally one Corporate Gentleman.
A Corporate CSR Ambassador is a female professional nominated by an organization to represent its CSR initiatives, leadership values, and sustainability commitments.
No. Ambassadors are selected based on professionalism, leadership potential, and ability to communicate CSR initiatives.
The Corporate Gentleman is an honorary male nominee who supports corporate representation and presents the CSR video during official showcases.
It is a 2–3 minute video submission documenting an organization’s CSR project, beneficiaries, outcomes, and sustainability.
Verified CSR videos are published on CSR-World.org for transparency, visibility, and public accountability.
No. Authentic storytelling and evidence of impact are more important than production quality.
Yes. CESRA reviews documentation, visuals, consistency, and alignment to ensure credibility.
No. Verification focuses on credibility and impact, not financial auditing.
Categories include Best CSR Impact Story, Sustainability Leadership Award, Community Empowerment Excellence, Best Corporate CSR Ambassador, and People’s Choice Award.
Selection combines CESRA technical review, impact evidence, storytelling quality, and public engagement for selected categories.
