Achievements of AEI Foundation

Since 2022, we have provided full scholarships to approximately 50 students, enabling them to pursue various courses in hospitality studies.
We have successfully connected about 30 students from AEI to job opportunities, facilitating their entry into the workforce.
Our career guidance and planning workshop benefited around 200 students, offering essential support in resume writing and interview preparation.
We launched a website where youth can upload their CVs for free, making it easier for employers to scout talent. This initiative has been well-received by both students and employers.
Our one-on-one mentoring program has supported students facing social and mental health issues, providing them with the guidance and care they need.
We have assisted students from the Department of Cosmetology in starting their own small barber shops, promoting entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency.
