The CSR Leadership & Corporate Accountability Awards recognize organizations delivering measurable social impact through ethical leadership, sustainability, and responsible CSR practices. All submissions are reviewed under CESRA’s accountability and verification framework.

Leadership & Communication Training
All nominated ambassadors and gentlemen undergo structured training in public speaking, leadership presence, etiquette, and CSR communication.
Create & Upload CSR Video
Develop a 2–3 minute CSR video highlighting your project, beneficiaries, outcomes, and sustainability.
CESRA Verification & Review
CESRA reviews documentation and visuals to confirm authenticity, impact, and accountability.
National Showcase & Awards Night
Verified CSR stories are showcased during the national CSR Leadership Awards ceremony.
Post-Event Reporting
Participating organizations receive CSR documentation records and post-event visibility summaries.
