Mission Statement:
To empower vulnerable rural communities, particularly youth and women, through skills development, sustainable livelihood programs, and community-based initiatives that promote self-reliance, food security, and economic growth.

  • Trained 40 women in emergency healthcare at John Chinena Market in Chibombo

  • Implemented small-scale production units improving household incomes and food security

    A self-reliant and prosperous Zambia where rural communities, youth, and women have access to skills, resources, and opportunities to improve their livelihoods, food security, and overall well-being.

    1. Vocational Skills Training:

      • Practical training in food production, crop management, small-scale agro-processing, and entrepreneurship.

      • Targeted at rural youth and women to improve employability and income generation.

    2. Agricultural and Livelihood Programs:

      • Sustainable farming techniques, irrigation methods, and food security initiatives.

      • Establishment of small-scale production units to generate household income.

    3. Food Production and Management Training:

      • Training in crop value addition, preservation, and basic business management.

      • Skills transfer to help beneficiaries develop sustainable micro-enterprises.

    4. Community Empowerment and Mentorship:

      • Capacity building for youth and women, including leadership, financial literacy, and cooperative development.

      • Mentorship networks to support continued learning and peer guidance.

    5. Emergency Healthcare Awareness:

      • Basic health and first-aid training for community members.

      • Past initiatives include training 40 women in emergency healthcare at John Chinena Market in Chibombo.
