Bethsaida children Centre was founded in the year 2012 as result of increasing orphans, destitute, and street children who all the time would stay around the streets of Soweto and its environs. The Centre is registered with the Government of Kenya under the Ministry of LABOUR AND SOCIAL PROTECTION as a CHARITABLE CHILDREN INSTITUTION . The Centre is in the heart of Soweto slums in Nairobi County. It consists of 45 children of ages 2 -22 years orphans and destitute,abused, disabled and those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS residing at the Centre.
Mission; Giving children a childhood and a good future by protecting, teaching l, educating and healing them.
Vision; To provide rescue to children facing crisis through abandonment, neglect, cultural implications, disease and poverty.
