- Log In to Your CESRA Account
- Navigate to the CESRA website and click on the “Log In” button at the top right corner.
- Enter your credentials and click “Submit.”
- Access the Crowdfunding Section
- Once logged in, go to My account.
- Click on the “Start fundraising Campaign” tab in the navigation menu.
- Create a New Campaign
- Click on the “Create New Campaign” button.
- Campaign Title
- Title: Put the campaign title here. Make sure it is compelling and descriptive to attract potential donors.
- Campaign Description
- Description: Provide a detailed description of your project, its goals, and its impact. Use the text editor to format your description.
- Add Media: Click on “Add Media” to include images or videos.
- Add Portfolio Gallery: Use this option to add a gallery of images.
- YouTube: Embed YouTube videos to make your campaign more engaging.
- Gallery Images
- Upload Gallery Images: Click on “Upload” to add multiple images for your campaign. Use the SHIFT key to select multiple images at once.
- Campaign End Method
- Target Goal: Choose the stage when the campaign will end. Options typically include reaching a funding goal or a specific end date.
- Campaign Dates
- Start Date: Enter the campaign start date in the format (dd-mm-yy).
- End Date: Enter the campaign end date in the format (dd-mm-yy).
- Funding Details
- Minimum Amount: Specify the minimum amount someone can add on the funding window required for the campaign.
- Maximum Amount: Specify the maximum funding amount allowed for the campaign.
- Funding Goal: Set a realistic funding goal that you aim to achieve.
- Predefined Pledge Amounts
- Predefined Pledge Amount: Enter suggested donation amounts to guide potential donors. Separate amounts with a comma (e.g., 10,20,30,40).
- Contributor Table
- Show Contributor Table: Decide whether to display the list of contributors on the campaign’s single page. Toggle this option as needed.
- Contributor Anonymity
- Contributor Anonymity: Allow contributors to remain anonymous if they prefer. Enable this option to respect donor privacy.
- Location Details
- Country: Select your country from the dropdown menu.
- Location: Enter the specific location of your campaign. This helps donors understand where the project is based.
- Preview and Publish
- Preview: Review your campaign details by clicking the “Preview” button. Make any necessary adjustments.
- Publish: Once satisfied, click the “Publish” button to make your campaign live.
- Promote Your Campaign
- Share: Share your campaign link on social media, with friends and family, and within your community.
- Update: Regularly update your supporters on the progress and any new developments.
- Manage Your Campaign
- Monitor: Keep track of donations and manage your campaign through the dashboard.
- Engage: Engage with your supporters by posting updates and responding to comments.
